Archived Network Information
The Nurse Staffing and Patient Safety Knowledge Network (see Network Activities) - a collaborative venture between the Foundation, the Canadian Patient Safety Institute, the Canadian Nurses Association, and NurseONE - is creating a space on the NurseONE portal. The network hopes "through the creation, sharing, and use of research evidence, evidence-based nurse staffing decisions can be made to enhance patient safety and foster quality healthcare."

The network will release the summary reports from its face-to-face staffing exchanges. The first of these was held on November 24, 2006 and hosted by the Ottawa Hospital; the second was held on December 14, 2006 and hosted by Vancouver Coastal Health.
