september 23, 2009 12:00-12:45 p.m. EdT: pay for performance in primary healthcare |
The concept of pay for performance in healthcare has sparked a growing interest and debate among health system managers, policy makers and providers within Canada and abroad. The notion that providers should be financially rewarded for the quality of the healthcare services they provide is both fashionable and controversial. During this session of Researcher on Call, Dr. Millett and Dr. Hutchison will explore this concept, focusing on several key questions.
An outline of the teleconference is now available.
