The Foundation is seeking a Program Officer II, Strategic Evaluation to complement its existing team of dynamic employees. THIS IS A PERMANENT FULL-TIME POSITION. The Program Officer II, reporting to the Director, Strategic Evaluation, assists with the planning and development and implementation of evaluative studies, performance management activities, and related research in collaboration with program leads and key stakeholders. As part of a team of evaluation professionals, the Program Officer helps to ensure that CHSRF has appropriate performance management and evaluation evidence upon which to make key decisions and to account for results to its stakeholders. As a key member of the research team, the Senior Advisor, Strategic Commissioning acts as a project lead for the Foundation on commissioned research and synthesis projects as well as other funded research initiatives. This position reports to the Vice-President Research and Scientific Director and is expected to work both independently and collaboratively – with colleagues at the Foundation and with the external research and decision-making community.
